The product and service is amazing. I have seen great results from our most recent service at my home, where 3 family members notice dead bugs in my drive way and front porch. Now that is the proof that I'm paying for!. They asked us, what did you do to get all those bugs killed like that? We simple said, our Bug out service. We especially like Ryan, the Arrow representative. He is thorough and knows what to do. He is very professional and courteous. He is familiar with our home and that makes things easier.
My service tech Jason always does a great job. He let's me know in advance when he's coming and asks if I need any special services. I know most companies do that, but Jason is really good at customer service, and I feel comfortable with him being there even when I'm not at home.

Bug Out was the third company I used for treating my yard. The previous two could not rectify my chinch bug and weed problems. Bug Out cured both. I now have the best grass on the block.
