Technition is very polite and is right on tract. I had a problem with roaches and he was there the next dsy to handle the problem. Always lets me know when he comes and if I am not there he leaves me a note.
Now that the company has settled down. After the the merger with the other companies things are good. It now easier to talk to someone about our services. Before it felt like no one knew what was going on. Glad that the techs are aloud to come back into the homes to spray. Have heard there is now a spray for red 🐜 ants, not just the granulated stuff, that doesn't always work well, some the ants seem to like the stuff. Maybe the spray will work better, fingers crossed. But all in all like Bugout 👍 they are a good company now.

Bug Out has always been informative of what is going on at my home. Techs let me know what they have found and have given suggestions when needed.
They only thing I do not like, is that I am not being told when the Tech will be coming to do my yearly inspection. I really like to be at home when they come. It just happened that I was at home when the Tech came this week.
I like that the technician notifies me when he is on the way to my home. He is also so very friendly. He always asks if we are having any problems inside our home. I will say that he only sprays... a few years ago when Arrow came to service, they would go around the house and knock down any wasp nests or dirt dobber nests and spider webs. They don't do that any longer but I never have an issue with bugs. Once we had a flea problem which came to us compliments of the park...I called Arrow and they sent a tech out the very next day to spray the house for fleas. He came back two weeks later and did a second spray of the house. This killed the fleas and they have not come back. I am very thankful for their fast response!
Well truthfully, I was going to cancel because the first 3 times a pest control guy came (I don't remember his name), there were more bugs in my house than there were before. I decided I would cancel the service and do the pest control myself. When trying to cancel, I chose to instead try having a different employee do the pest control. Thats when Joe Last name removed started coming to do it, and he really knows what he's doing. He needs to teach the other guy how things are done. Thanks to Joe, I haven't seen bugs, haven't seen mice nor mice droppings. Joe is the only reason I am still using Bug Out.

As I have previously reported, Steve is an excellent provider of your services - however, the Manager is not; my wife and I had an issue recently and the Manager and an Associate came to our home and did absolutely nothing to contribute to fixing our problem. We were disappointed and remain so, but Steve is the only reason we remain customers with BugOut.
