Service is fine. I'm not sure why you're asking me though because I am directed to use this from my company. Of course I'm highly likely to recommend b/c that's the way we have to book travel.
One thing that could be improved is with the auto-reminder emails that say "it's been over 30 days...". I generally get these b/c I've booked plane tickets more than 30 days ahead of the travel. It would be nice if you could flag keywords and/or certain types of expenses to not register for the 30 day auto-generated emails. Thanks
