They listen to the client, give suggestions, are happy to help and take care of extra requests like setting up a side tour or extra night hotel stay or hotel transfer . I can be very particular about certain things and always feel Fox World exceeds my expectations.
How well they are to inform us of the items we need to do before travel. That they would look for the best deals for us concerning flights, etc. They check in through email if there is anything they can help us with. Very friendly and personable.
