I love the Chat function. This allowed me to ask a simple question without having to jump through hoops to get to a person and they solved my problem in 3 minutes. It was brilliant.
Your website is set up to be used fairly easily, although I wish it was a bit less busy. i find more white space makes it easier for me to find things. On the other hand you have a lot of information to provide and that would get long if you put too much white space in. Just a comment really.
Booking travel through FWT is very straightforward, with useful features such as search filters, and is conveniently integrated through my employee account. One minor suggestion I have is adding the option to refresh the list of hotels showing up in the search results based on the area selected in the map.
