Usually able to get through on the phone or the call back system kicks in and the call back is quick. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and access to airlines, hotels and car rental is much, much better then Concur.

The schedule tool for flight reservations was great. The reservation tool for hotels is not so great and took a great deal of finagling to locate a reasonably priced hotel near my travel destination.
Time spent doing anything travel related at Michels is simple, fast and easy.
