The agent was courteous, accurate and helpful on the phone. She was not able to assign my seats, which was odd, so I rated a 9 instead of a 10. I was able to do it myself throught the airline website after the reservation was ticketed.

Everything worked out, but it was a little confusing when a new agent picked up the thread of our conversation without being aware of the previous decisions. We had already selected itineraries and a new agent asked for our financial information, then asked us to select our itineraries. Meanwhile, the first agent asked for financial information and had no notification that another agent had picked up the thread/ticket/communication.
