Why do you book a reservation with a 30 minute connect time at a major hub like msp? There’s no way anyone will make that connection when you fly in on a major airline and have to connect to the commuter terminal. It takes 20 minutes just to get off the inbound flight. 30 minute connects at the hub should never be booked that way!!! I had to pay $60.00 just to book an eirlier first flight so I had enough time to make my connection. You of all people should know better!!!!!!!!!!
