I was more than impressed with the level of customer service, patience, and professionalism that I received during some recent travel disruptions, where my daughter was coming to join me, out of the country, on a work trip. Jeffrey was thorough, provided consistent follow-up and reassurance and proactively checked in the next day to make sure she traveled given some confusion from the airlines on delayed flight connections. I've never received this level of support in any other business travel situation, and I am grateful for the extra mile that he was willing to go to assist in a stressful and time sensitive situation.
