I like to have a travel agent to work with when I plan vacations. It gives me the peace of mind if I have questions, concerns or if something goes wrong I have someone to help me.
I had Janet as my representative and this was my first time using an agency. She was so patient with me when I didn't realize she needed more information than I had given her at the time. She was helpful with explaining the process. Janet was so pleasant to work with!
