Jeremy Tripp was our technician. He did his usual outstanding job. He inspected and treated all areas of the house and garage. As usual, I followed him and he explained each step as he did it. This is consistent with the job he did last time. It is wonderful to have continuity in services, and Jeremy feels more like family than someone just doing a job.

James Armstrong is always courteous and professional. He has taken care of our home since 2013 when the service was under the name of Apex. Both times we had minor issues, he responded quickly and resolved both issues.
