Kind and professional
Zach is an exceptional technician! He is very personable *and* very professional. He takes to time to greet my dogs then lets me know what he is going to do in the house. He even reports what he has found (My house passed 100% free of pests!) He then takes care of the outside of the house. He checks back with me before he leaves and lets me know when my scheduled extermination is to occur. He also lets me know that if I experience any "pest invasion" before that scheduled date that he would come back and take care of it. Lovely man.

I have been a customer with Arrow for many years. I have service for my home, yard fire ants and house termite service. I have used many different personnel servicing my home. I have never had an employee that was not professional, courteous and who completed their job. I have no reason to complain, fully satisfied.
I give you a 10 because of my service man Nick Commune!!!!! He always does a great job, follow up/communication is wonderful and his overall attitude is super positive! I’ve had difficulties with your company in the past but Nick has reversed my attitude because of his excellent service and I trust him!
