I like how punctual the company is. The caring and support Sylvan give my child. His academic skills have gone up since he's attending the learning center.
Ryan and Carrie are very easy to work with, all the tutors have worked so well with my daughter and she ENJOYS going! She does not enjoy school, so this is HUGE!
Sylvan Learning of Saginaw is always professional. My son has improved his math skills and become a more confident student in math due to the tutoring he received there.

I think Sylvan has a wonderful program. They take the time to get to know your child and really care about getting them to where they need to be academically. The cost to get there is just too high for an average person. I do not mean to say the program isn’t worth it, it is, it just is expensive to attend long term.
They are reliable and offer incentives for students.

My son enjoys going to tutoring. He never complains. That hasn't happened before. Plus, all the staff I have dealt with is pleasant and professional. Most importantly, my son is improving on schedule.
Billing was awkward, makes families feel like they're always behind! Lack of communication from certain staff, child not put into Math tutoring for 1/2 the summer, meeting mishandled, and forgotten.
From the start, we encourage families to contact us with any questions or concerns they may have, to give us the opportunity to rectify whatever they are unhappy with. Sometimes, a simple explanation suffices. Our top priority is for our students and their families to have the best possible experience, but we cannot address any issues until we know they exist.
I liked the flexibility in scheduling sessions. I also like how well organized the programs are and the monthly updates on my student's progress. It was also reassuring that the programs are guaranteed which put me at ease when making the decision to invest time and money into this program.
