They really try to accommodate as much as they can! I made an appointment for 5:00 and baby was sick so it threw my schedule off, I lost track of time and I missed my appointment. Mary stayed just a little longer and I came for 6:30 . She knows exactly how my son likes his hair and he always leaves feeling good and fresh! Its definitely more expensive than other places, but worth every penny! I see the difference! Shout out for Mary!! Shes the BEST!!

We took our son here for his 1st haircut and purchased the 1st haircut package - it was so worth it!!!! The experience for my 15mth old son, the professionalism, the setting, the whimsical chairs, play area, etc. are all fantastic. Alba was an amazing barber/stylist and gave awesome recommendations in addition to being quick and savvy for my baby boy's introduction to the tools and scissors.

Also Mary has been cutting my son’s hair since he was 4, and now he’s 9. She is amazing—always respectful, kind, and professional. She gives him the perfect haircut every time. I highly recommend Pigtails to anyone!
