I love Alba! She has been great with all my kids. She is really patient and great with kids.
We did our second ever haircut here, and it was difficult because my son was not happy. The staff here was very supportive and did a great job making me and my son feel better about everything, and the hair cut looks absolutely fantastic. Will definitely be returning for future hair appointments and recommend to everyone I can.

Loved the quick service.
This was the only time they didn’t style my daughter’s hair. Normally they will put it in little braids with a ribbon and style it, sometimes even with some glitter.
This time she just cut it. She was great and no complaints otherwise but $40 haircut with tip next time I will hope they will style it too.
Alba was amazing. She really under stood my needs and had a lovely time with my son Luke. We will continue to come back.
Loved our stylist. I think she’s new, she did an excellent job at the cut and she had a sweet disposition. Not a big deal at all but I would only suggest she blow off the hair on the face and cape more often with the hair dryer. Not a complaint at all, just a suggestion!! I loved her.

It is a welcoming place for kids. The stylists are patient and kind with each child. The stylists are also knowledgeable about different hair types etc.
My grandchild is always happy when he gets his haircut from this location and always loves playing with the vehicles and toys provided. He never has cried and/or gets upset but looks forward to a haircut from a stylist of pigtails and crew. I tried bringing him to a different hairstylist only once and he had a fit and cried. I love that Pig tails and crew are set up to make children comfortable. thankyou
Everyone is always so friendly. They work so well with my kids. Calveisha cuts my son’s hair and we are always very happy with it! She puts him at ease and listens to what we would like and always delivers!

This was the first visit and it’s just what we were looking for for our grandson. Our grandson hates getting haircuts that its to the point of screaming uncontrollably so when I heard about pigtails and crewcuts I was excited to see what they had to offer. When we walked in we were greeted and told to pick a car he’d enjoy sitting in. Then Dory came over with some magnetic toys and started cutting his hair with scissors. He was distracted and even wanted to play with the toys. Don’t get me wrong he still was iffy about what was happening but we got through it with Dory’s patience and expertise. Definitely will be returning!!!
We started going years ago when our son struggled with haircuts. The staff and service there was just what we needed to help both our boys over the years. Now we consistently go to Amber, as she is just so patient and always gives a great cut.
