my son has a tough time with haircuts and the staff is so accommodating to his needs, even if that means me holding him down while they cut. i felt so bad about how he was acting, but the staff reassured me that it was a somewhat normal reaction for kids. we will surely be returning to this new location!
It was my twins' first haircuts. I thought they would be fussy but they had a great time! Pigtails and Crewcuts had so many thing ready to distract the kids they didn't ever fuss. They did a great job with the haircuts too!

My 4 year old son does not like to get his hair cut and after a couple unpleasant trips to get his hair cut we had been doing it ourselves. We decided to try again on his 4th birthday. The environment helped to keep his mind distracted from the haircut and Ms Tiffany was very patient and did any excellent job.
