It was our first time there. Our 3-1/2 year old son has been VERY difficult when it comes to haircuts. He squirms and doesn't like anyone touching his head. But Maria was fantastic, and our boy enjoyed the entire experience. Not put up with it, but actually enjoyed it! They are so skilled in helping young ones to relax and be distracted by special magnets and toys and what's playing on the TV (it was a Pixar movie). We'll be back in a few months, for sure.
It was our first time here for our little one’s 1st haircut. First impression was Wow! It was an inviting spacious environment, cute little cars for the toddlers to feel comfortable sitting in while getting a haircut, and friendly staff! Our son’s hairstylist, Alba, was so kind and we absolutely loved how she cut our son’s hair. Alba is really patient, gentle and explained to our 2 year old what she was doing. Our son could tell he was in great hands and sat still (for the most part) while he had his first haircut. Thank you so much, Alba and Lake Nona Staff, for a great 1st experience! :)
