Maria’s warmth and responsiveness to a very unhappy and cranky child was incredible! Her voice was sweet and nurturing. She tried different things to calm him down and always gave him a play by play of what she was doing or about to do. Not to mention, he looked SO handsome after his haircut. We love Maria!

Ms. Candace is wonderful with Nathan. He can be a difficult client due to his sensory issues, but she is willing to be patient and gentle with him so that he feels secure and gets a great haircut. He's even starting to calm down!
This was my first visit to Pigtails & Crewcuts. I had many friends recommend them to me specifically the Winter Springs location. It was also my son's first haircut! I was worried about him moving too much or being scared, but he did amazing and I have the staff to thank for that! I was nervous also as a first time mom and they were so reassuring. His haircut came out awesome and I will definitely be back in the future!

Was the first hair cut for my babies , 33 months and 20 moths. Since the beginning the ladies was so professional and kind. They make my kiddos feel in a safe place. I appreciate the patience and the understanding of the my babies feeling.

Katherine was great with my son. What I appreciate the most though is her attention to detail. After saying she was done with the haircut and was styling my sons hair, she noticed some long stray hairs and she immediately cut them and looked around to make sure every hair was perfect. I really appreciate that level of attention to detail which is something I don’t see much anymore these days. I will be coming back every time to Katherine and I have already recommended this place to my friends to take their children here too!

My husband and I brought our son in for his first haircut. The stylist was amazing, very kind, soft spoken and so patient. She gave him some toys to play with to keep him still and occupied. The haircut was wonderful and looked exactly like the picture I showed her. We opted for the first haircut package and the photo she took was so precious. She made our bittersweet first haircut something special we will always remember.

The girls are very patient with difficult kids like my son. He is on the spectrum and every single time, even if it is a different hairdresser, they are always very understanding of his situation.
I have try other places around my house, since this location is not that close to me, but it has never worked. So the trip is very worth it.
