We've been taking our 2 boys to Pigtails and Crewcuts for a couple of years now and we love it! All of the staff is friendly especially Candace. She does an awesome job on the boys hair and are so good with them. We definitely will recommend them!

Mary was our stylist and went above and beyond for my grandson’s haircut. He is autistic with sensory disorder and she was so patient with him and did an amazing job on his hair . I highly recommend her !

The stylists were so professional and caring. I really appreciated that I was able to take both my girls not only for haircuts but ear piercing as well. I felt very assured that they were careful and experienced for my 1 year Olds ear piercing. So glad I found this place

My son was having a very rough time and our stylist was extremely patient with him. Other stylists also stepped in to help as he was having a meltdown because he was overwhelmed. She quickly and safely gave him a much needed haircut while he was being difficult and trying to get away from her. Thank you for being kind and patient with him.
Amber does a great job with our son! We drive pretty far out of our way to come to this location, but it’s worth it.
I like the kids vehicles and the magnets on vehicles. I think it’s a good distraction. I would have liked to see ear piercing for infants at lake Nona location. I had to go to a further location.
Second ear piercing for my daughter to correct unevenness of first piercing when younger. Our stylist that performed the ear piercing did a great job.
I love how patient everyone is, my son is 2 years old and we are still trying to get use to haircuts. All the ladies there are very welcoming and sweet to him.

I loved how patient and understanding Jan was with my son. He isn’t the fondest of getting his haircut but she did an amazing job. She talked him through it and tried everything she could think of. His haircut came out really nice despite the fact he was crying and not sitting still. Thank you so much Jan, you are an amazing soul!!

Jasmine is wonderful with my 3 yr old son! She takes her time and makes sure that not only am I happy but he is happy. She is so patient with him and has no problem sitting still for her because she is constantly engaging with him. Everytime we come in she asked how his hair was after we left the last time to see if we need to do anything different!
