We always have a great experience at the Winter Springs location! The entire staff is so kind and attentive, and the building is always clean and well-kept. I’ve been taking my son to Ms Katherine ever since his first haircut, and will continue to do so - she’s AMAZING!!

The facility was amazing! The staff was amazing! Tiffany was super patient. Another lady put extra magnet toys so that my son was more entertained while steering the car. We were scared for our son who is only 17 months, but he made it through the whole experience getting a wonderful haircut and didn’t even cry or fuss. Wonderful job and we will be back.
Candice is the best! So patient and understanding with my two year old who had a previous rough experience with his haircut. She is always amazing and he does great with her!
