We have always been extremely satisfied with any kind of cuts with Ms. Mary. She gives clean haircuts, taking enough time needed for each cut. She is very detailed and connects so well with kids and makes them feel so important.
I love that my two year old felt comfortable and confident getting his first hair cut! He loved everything, from all the toys, to the hair cut car chair, and that he got to get his picture taken after his hair cut and got to take home his hair in the " my first haircut" folder. All of the workers are great with kids and you guys had some of the best customer service that I have ever witnessed! Loved everything about it. He can't wait to come back for haircut #2!
Jamie was amazing! She did my son's first haircut, and was so patient. She had all sorts of toys and distractions to make it a more pleasant experience for all of us. I would highly highly recommend!

I love the atmosphere. It’s such a colorful fun salon, the cute vehicle chairs for kids to sit in, the distractions provided and so forth, make the process so much easier for little ones. My son is 19 months old and did wonderful. Jasmine was fantastic with him. We most definitely will be back, and will tell everyone we know about our experience.

The ease of scheduling an appointment. We are also usually seen within moments of our appointment and not long wait times, especially nice when you have an anxious toddler. Then when getting the cut, they are precise and quick even with a not fully cooperative client. Best of all the end result is always what we've asked for or better.

The staff are always up to date with the styles and will to try whatever is asked instead of talk you into something you don’t want to make it easy on them, my son has very sensitive skin and I can’t use a lot of shampoos on his hair because of it, however the products they use on him is so sensitive that he has never had an issue,
I take my son to see Alba at the Lake Nona location. She is great with my son. He loves to see Miss Alba. The staff is amazing and Alba is so quick cutting my sons hair and does an excellent jib. My husband was very impressed how quickly we were in and out. The convenience of the app and booking process is nice as well.
