waiting room and hair stations are designed for children.
Hair stylist was very patient and calm to deal with my 17 months boy. She knew how to make him feel better when he was crying, offered him some crackers, showed him few toys, …. she had no rush to finish, and took many pictures of him until she got a good one for the certificate !

Kyle cut his hair with Mrs Annette, was his first time with her, she is the best. I think his cut already 3x just in Lake Nona, she is the best. Her days are Wed, Thu, I think SAturday, next time definitely I’ll ask for her again. She is kind, she is good.
I like how well the stylists treat my child. My child is a bit difficult when it comes to haircuts but they do a very well job and i'm always happy with the end result!
