My girls are very standoff-ish with new.people. One of my girls finally braved one of the fun chairs they had. After that, the other girl braved the other fun chairs to get her hair cut. The staff was friendly and fun and very welcoming.
After their hair cut they got their nails done and the staff continued to be so great with the girls! Their hair and nails look great. They played in the waiting room and had so much fun!
We will definitely go back!

Kid friendly and you do a great job! The only think I don't like is all the toys for sale at the front. It will not keep me from going there but I wanted to be honest. It makes it hard because the kids see it and they want a new toy. I think the overall experience is really nice.
