I like that the stylists are so gentle and patient. They don't mind if my son moves his head around during his cut. I like the little planes and cars the kids sit in for their cuts. My son enjoys those. I like there's some toys available for them to play with. The TVs help my son focus for his cut.
Very family friendly, we loved the playroom and kids chairs. Plus the little treats for after. Such a great way to help kids enjoy getting their hair cut!

Only 1 thing, she said he had to keep the smock on, this i dislike, because my son freaked out even more having it on, this should be at the parents discretion only when it comes to Autism.
Other than that, we loved her, the playroom, we would return! Great 1st time experience!!! 10 out of 10

My daughter got her first (official) haircut and it went really well! She is 4.5yrs old and autistic, so I was very nervous. I even called ahead to prepare the salon. They were so gracious, understanding and kind and assured me that they could handle whatever my girl threw at them! My daughter did not want to get her haircut at all, but she was brave and Brenda was wonderful. They let her be in a sensory friendly spot instead of chair.. they worked around HER! I couldn’t believe how great and accommodating they were . Only took a bit off but made layers so it blends with the area my daughter cut herself at school 🤦🏻♀️ and now it's even instead of the obvious 2 inch difference! 😂 my daughter has very curly hair so I was worried it would be extra difficult. Um, no! Brenda knew what to do! My daughter left happy and sparkly because they let her choose glitter and cotton candy scent. And not one tear!! There are not many places, let alone hair salons, the will accommodate autistic kiddos.. they went above and beyond and my daughters first experience was so positive! I’m convinced she will be excited to go next time we need her haircut! I’m so grateful for Brenda and all the Pigtails and Crewcuts staff. Thank youuu!!

I am very pleased with how patient you are with Maddi. Being autistic makes her a challenge and somehow you manage to cut her hair. I won't be taking her anywhere else!
I love all the things you offered for kids like the playroom, magnetic people on the car, tv and the cool cars for them to sit in.
They were very helpful in helping me decide on my daughter’s haircut. They also handled a hard situation with a kid struggling with getting his haircut very very well!

Casey is amazing with our son, he’s on the spectrum and she is so patient and calm with him even through his outbursts. She takes the time to make sure we are both comfortable and he is entertained.

Jennifer McCoo is the person that keeps us coming back. Everyone is wonderful but Jennifer is top notch! Customer service is impeccable and she makes you feel like family. My son’s haircuts are top notch and my daughter goes just because she enjoys talking to her.

Donna and Lexy did my toddler and babies hair. My baby was so bad for Donna, but she was patient and still gave him a great cut that looks super adorable you would never know he wouldn’t hold still for even 2 seconds. Lexy had my toddler who will hold still a little more still but very hyper little boy, and she was able to manage him by herself and he was laughing and smiling the whole time. Thank you!!
