Quick process and Heidi was great with my girls, 8 and 4!
My son decided on a whim that after 6 years of not a single haircut that he was finally ready to cut it all off! We were in Birmingham on travel because he is seen at Children’s of Alabama for his brain tumors. We found Pigtails and Crewcuts through a simple google search and decided to take the chance. The sweet lady who cut his hair not only did amazing but was very understanding of his nervousness (and mine) and let us know his hair could be donated which we of course did! She got him in the chair immediately and got to work and was careful around his scarring from previous brain surgery. It was a great experience for him and he says he always wants his hair cut now! 10/10!

All the patience the stylist have. I know working with kiddos isnt easy. But they always take there time and make my son look better than ever. I loved how child-friendly it was, even for the siblings who may not be getting something done. The staff was friendly and inviting. It was my son with down-syndrome’s first haircut and they had such great patience with him. Will definitely be going back for all my kids’ haircuts and I’ve told everyone about them!

Everyone was so kind and patient for our son’s first haircut. Allison was AWESOME! She was patient and quickly worked with our squirmy, crying little guy during his haircut- and his haircut turned out so cute!! It was exactly what we were hoping for! :) The playroom waiting room was a sweet touch- it kept our son entertained while we were waiting for our appointment to start!

Demi was amazing with Brantley and she did an amazing job on his first haircut, the environment of the shop was very welcoming and fun and made him enjoy something that usually scares kids his age. I will be bringing him back for all haircuts going forward!
Both ladies that cut my two kids’ hair did an excellent job. My four year old boy has always cried and fussed getting his hair cut. Ms. Lauren did so well with him! He loved her and did not shed a single tear! We were nervous about him acting a fool, and we couldn’t believe how great he did with her! Now, he’s actually got a cute haircut instead of just settling for what we could get before he got super upset. Ms. Analyse was also so sweet with my daughter and took her time making sure she felt special. Both kids left so happy! These two ladies made a dream team together!
