We would like to give great recognition to Rhian from Aurora, IL. We were fortunate to have her work on our son's hair for the first time in Sept 2025 at the Brookfield, WI location. Because of her great skill with children, it was the first haircut our son received that he didn't cry or scream at. Rhian is so attentive to the movements and reactions of young children, creative in her ways of calming them down, and includes the children in her art - for example, letting our son turn on the clipper for her or giving him his own comb to help brush his hair with. Not only is she talented in this way, but with the haircut itself. She lines beautifully, keeps edges straight, cuts around the ears without any knicking or trouble, and leaves the overall haircut looking amazing. She is so kind and listens to the parents to deliver just what we ask for. This most recent haircut in April 2026, she even remembered us and included our older daughter in the haircut process, letting her use the brush to remove loose hairs from our son's neck and face. Rhian is an absolute gem!

Everyone has consistently been patient, flexible, and kind. My children now feel so comfortable getting their hair cut because they know that their needs will be met.
The staff has always been terrific with our son that has CP. Their patience with kids is exceptional. We found one particular stylist that we always use that has gone beyond our expectations to make our son feel comfortable and give him a perfect haircut.
Daniela in Tyler Texas was absolutely amazing with a busy 2 year old! She was very accommodating to his every move! Also we loved having the memories as an option for his first hair cut! The train table for waiting (which was just a couple of minutes they were quick) was a huge plus as well!
We loved Chistine!! She is properly one of the best stylists have had over the years! I also love Pigtails and crewcuts for the atmosphere. The price is the issue. I get that prices need a o increase but I spend more on my toddler or kids hair than my husband does on his! I also like to tip and tip well, but I feel like I can’t becase the initial cost is so high!!!

Ms. Rhian was AMAZING with my daughter who was very nervous about her first haircut. Ms. Rhian immediately made her feel comfortable and took her time. The haircut finished with a cute braid with gems that my daughter got to pick out. We will definitely be back. Thank you Ms. Rhian!!

Ms.Meri was great. My son hates getting haircuts and doesn’t sit still for them. She was very kind, patient, understanding. And fun to work with! Despite my son not wanting to wear the apron, yelling, turning his head every time she came with scissors/clippers, the haircut looks great. She never showed any indication of frustration. She engaged with my son with tenderness and warmth. I will always come back to this place with my son.
