It's just water, which i like. The technician gave me his full attention when I asked about anything, and he was very nice. He worked very efficiently, and was effective. I do wish he would have recommended spot treatment, but I will request that next time for sure. I loved the smell...even afterwards.

Courteous employees who are always willing to spend a little extra time if necessary to get problem areas/spots cleaned properly. I had another company once give me the .. "I could get that spot clean but it will cost you another $25" speech and that was the last time I called them to clean my carpet.
I also use Zerorez duct cleaning service when I get my carpets cleaned every 2 or 3 years. I appreciate that the service person has an extra hard time getting the hose down through the narrow vents in my house, but he always gets the job done regardless of how long it takes. I do notice the difference when I turn on my furnace for the winter.. No burnt-dusty smell, which is typical when I don't get them cleaned.

The product does a great job cleaning the carpets...particularly the traffic areas..the associate goes to work promptly and does a great job..A very professional experience for us..

The speed to which it was done also the product has a pleasent smell, and as of now my carpet looks wonderful. The real test will be how long it keeps it look, although I know that will depend on how much traffic comes in. I am one who removes my shoes and tries to keep my carpet looking good, with companies I have had in the past within a couple of weeks my carpet looks bad even in areas that does not get any traffic.

The young man providing the service was polite and very professional. The carpet stains were, at best, nearly invisible after the carpet dried. There was absolutely no odor lingering after the carpet dried.

Our carpets are very clean! There were a few areas that did not get as clean as I was hoping and when I called to say so, you sent the technician back the next day to try again and he did and they turned out great! The price was what you said it would be, the service was when you said it would be, the dry time was non-existent. All around great!

The work was done very efficiently and professionally by the technician. The rug in my study came out very clean and hopefully the protective product that was added this time will keep it from getting dirty quite so quickly (as it did last time). I like the fact that it is a non-soap based product. I also really appreciate all of the community work that Zerorez and its staff do, such as for the vets, Project Safety Net, etc.
