The courteous and profissional technician tailored the service to my needs. Work was completed in an orderly and prompt way. There was no odor or unsatisfactory residue or textural alteration to the carpets. Duct cleaning work seemed to eliminate some long standing residual material, even though previously cleaned.

Our house smelled delicious just moments after our carpets began being cleaned. Our cleaning began in our kids downstairs bedroom and it smelled so fresh and clean, we could immediately smell the clean smell from our upstairs living room. Ryan was absolutely AMAZING!! I had other bussiness to attend to, It literally only took roughly 2 to 3 mintes for Ryan to complete understand what it was I was concerned about, the problem areas, and a game plan set to go - and that was also with a plan of action for that fact that I have an loved dearly lab puppy. I went to work immediately, without one single dispruption of me and the other business I was attending too. Ryan even went as far as to go as he did when he was finished; he patiently waited 10 minutes for me to wrap up he was extremely kind, and patient. He went over every detaail of the bill with me, he explained every single thing he did, and why he did it ever before demanding payment. Ryan was actually so amazing he even got 6 month old bubble fabric paint stains out, and hard caked on dried hard clump of wax that was spilled on the carpet. The in home carpet spray he recommended for sweet Vaders "little" accidents ;-) has worked even better than Ryan had said. This carpet spray solution has been my saving grace for this adorable baby pupy's "little " accidents. So I give this company a solid Ten accross the board, if anything they are pretty much 20 in my book. So will I be referring the company to other friends and family absolutely. I run two companies and one of them is being involved in property managment and I know in that trade everyone of them could only benefit from a high quality affordable company. The technician was very friendly, knowledgable, efficient, and professional. It wasn't that long ago that we had our carpets cleaned, but this time, with Zerorez, they look better and the nap seems more like new in our high-traffic areas.
