Your technician James was friendly and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job of explaining the process and options for treatment for tough stains. He worked hard and steady. A very nice and personable young man.
I also thought you customer service woman who handled the scheduling (I forgot her name, I'm sorry) was very thorough and friendly. She has great customer service skills.

I chose Zerorez because they don't use harsh chemicals to clean the carpet. The technician, Patrick Geiger, could not have been nicer. Not only did he do a very thorough job cleaning the carpets, he was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with.
