My carpets look amazing!
Always exceeds my expectations. Chris does a great job. The only problem ... The $100 fee if I cancel in less than 48 hours. I understand you lose money if your customer doesn't show, but this is just too much. I have a husband with heart problems and cannot promise that there wouldn't be a family emergency. Even then, I would contact to cancel/reschedule. I wouldn't be a no show if possible. I think most people wouldn't. You should cut that amount by a third for call ins and keep the $100 for no shows. Just my opinion. I have talked to friends and family about how much I like your service but no-one wants to use you because of that fee. Most said it is excessive and one said it is insulting to the customer and they should not be penalized if there is a situation out of their control. Just to let you know the responses I have gotten.
Prompt arrival according to stated time. Explained the process ahead of time and answered any questions I had. Came prepared with all of the products needed to do the job. Went to work and worked steadily until job was completed. I was very satisfied with the finished job.

The carpet feels so soft after it is cleaned. I like that they use a soap free cleaner.
The tech was prompt,courteous,friendly and knowledgeable. I also like use of green products. I would highly recommend using Zerorez and would use them again.

I liked everything about the way that James and Chris did my carpets. they were quick clean and very professional. When I asked questions about the products and how Zerorez equipment worked they were very knowlageable and took took the time to answer. I was very impressed by the entire Zerorez experience. It is easy to schedule service. Technicians are polite and do a good job.
Tyler was prompt, courteous, accommodating, and friendly. He was very knowledgable about the service. My daughter was impressed with both the service and reasonable pricing she booked her carpets to be cleaned when Tyler finished mine. I booked my carpets on the day Nick and Tyler cleaned our heat vents because I was very satisfied with the results.
THE PRICE WAS GOOD. THE TECHNICIAN JAMES WAS GREAT. HE REALLY DID HIS BEST TO SATISFY ME! HE WAS KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THE CLEANING, HONEST AND CONSCIENTIOUS.

It seems to sanitize your area even if you have old carpet. Chris Rule our Zero roz cleaner was very good we would like to have him again next time. I would rate him 10.

Your tech was knowledgable and friendly, he protected our property and was fast and efficient. I work in a big box home improvement center and sell tons of carpet always explaining to our customers the importance of the initial professional cleaning with in 18 months and then bi- annually. I now have seen the value in it as our carpet was just installed a couple of years ago and it pulled it back upright and clean.

promptness, neatness, careful to explain the process for getting up pet stains - and then doing a good job of it. (Unfortunately I had two cats throw up on the newly cleaned carpet before 24 hours were up. Ah, well. More work for your company later in the season.)
