That you don't use soap. Our last tech gave up some great helpful hints to prolong the life of our carpet. He was very professional and pleasant.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. My carpets always smell fresh and clean after they are done. In the past I have had bad stains that other carpet companies have tried to clean but were not able to but Zerores took the stain out and it never returned.
The carpet looked great. Actually better than I expected. The young men who came were well mannered and very respectful as well as very knowledgeable.
