Your products got our carpets very clean & fluffy again. Your technicians, Chris & Mike were excellent. If Chris hadn't mentioned that Mike was in training, we wouldn't have known any different. They explained the procedures & recommended other treatments. This time around, we decided to put the protectant on the stairs. They were very personable & knowledgeable.
