We were anticipating your average (positive) experience- a service tech who was kind, knowledgeable and helpful, and clean floors on top. What we got was beyond our hopes and dreams! Our tech was incredibly helpful in suggesting the best treatments to remove stains and odors from pet accidents, yet have a safe surface for our new baby to be exposed to. Prior to calling zerorez, we got three estimates from other companies. For the same small project they were well over 200.00. We decided no to have the carpets cleaned. Then due to an issue with one of our pets, I just went online and scheduled an appointment with you.
I was pleasantly surprised at the low price and at how BEAUTIFUL the carpet looked. As of today, none of the spots have come back. I will not use any other carpet cleaning business.
