Product works well at getting out the dirt and tough stains. Service is great too. Only negative feedback I have is that it takes a little too long to dry (was still a little wet after 8 hours)

The method of cleaning with it soap.
No soap residue is a huge plus. The carpets feel really clean and stay clean.
I chose Zerorez because they don't use harsh chemicals to clean the carpet. The technician, Patrick Geiger, could not have been nicer. Not only did he do a very thorough job cleaning the carpets, he was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. I will absolutely recommend Zerorez to my family, friends and business associates.
