So professional! My tech, Kevin, was wonderful! I was very embarrassed that my basement stunk due to my older dog having wet down there. Kevin was so nice and understanding. He used a black light to find the spots, there was so much more than I thought. Kevin was knowledgeable and professional. Kevin went right to work and was very fast. He also lent me a screwdriver of his so I could fix one of my sprinkler heads!
Wonderful experience
Well I guess if I was the one doing the carpet cleaning I would definitely go over the spots with a little more spot remover and whatever else you use to get them out. The man that cleaned our carpets was a nice guy only took him maybe and hour to clean our office. I had moved everything out of his way and all he had to do was move 7 office chairs that had rollers on them. I had made an appointment at 4:45pm 6-9-16 I was not there and receptionist went home sick so my consultant just share only the spots in his office. There are still spots in our waiting room, down the hall and in our kitchen area that still have stains. He didn't even give us a bottle of your stain remover like the guy did 3years ago. I was disappointed the guy did ask me when he was done how does it look, I did say it looked good but you really can't give a correct answer until it dries.
