very professional job done. The cleaning helped off gas my carpet so we could move back into our bedroom. I would make it a 10 but there was some water spots on my hardwood floors that were left. We feel that your service people are very helpful and professional. We were happy about how they worked hard to get a couple of stubborn stains out of our carpeting at our community clubhouse. A couple of rooms at our clubhouse had very deep traffic dirt. They look great!

Great customer service from each person I talked to, didn't have to wait around all day because tech showed up early, I like that wall/corner protectors were used to keep the hoses from rubbing across wall corners, no special treatments were used and my carpets still turned out incredibly clean ... And much cleaner than the last cleaning service left them! You can't even tell now that there were ever dogs in the house. Thank you for a job very well done!!! Now grandbabies can come over and crawl on clean carpet!!

I was very pleased with how my carpet looked after your technicians finished. There were some discolored areas on my carpet and they are completely gone. I have just purchased this house and the former owner smoked and your technicians treated the carpet first with a citrus solution, and I was very pleased that the strong cigarette smell was gone after the carpets were cleaned. The carpets were dry very quickly, probably in less than 2 hours. I had my whole living area done and will definitely plan to use Zerorez in the future. Thank you very much!
