Clarify in your website that there are additional services that will be proposed when your workers arrive. Although your staff did excellent work and thoroughly cleaned the carpets to the best they have looked, I was shocked by the final cost. Yes, they shined the flashlight on the carpet and I discovered all the urine spots in three rooms, and I agreed to the deep cleaning to get rid of them.Yes, they told me the cost of and results of the different levels of cleaning. But it was only after that was done that they suggested the final repellent and the amount per room for it. And I agreed. But it was only after all the work was done that I saw the grand total and gulped. In retrospect, it would be better if, after the carpet analysis, that all the services they recommend could be presented at once, and a grand total including tax is printed out and shared before the work begins. Then I would not have had the shock at the end, and would not have the feeling that I was taken, slowly, down the primrose path of add-on costs. Granted, some of the costs were discounted at the end tally, and granted I was clearly in favor of each process when it was presented, and I could have said no, but did not. I can't fault the work done, but full disclosure of the cost of all agreed-upon processes before the work begins will result an a better emotional feeling for your client at the end. Thanks.

We loved that our carpet wasn't treated with unhealthy chemicals and was a more natural approach. I have lots of allergies and have a low tolerance to chemicals, so this was our best choice by using Zerorez.

He truly cared about our needs and went the extra mile - he fully explained the process of what he was doing, and we were so pleased with the results that we even went ahead and booked him for cleaning all our heating ducts next month!
