My carpet was so soiled that I was sure you were going to tell me there was no way my carpet would ever be clean again but instead the young man assured me my carpet would come clean and when he finished doing his magic I had a nice clean carpet. I'm so pleased that I can't stop looking at my carpet when I'm walking about. I was also impressed with you folks on how fast you took care to come back to clean a faint spot that didn't come clean the first time around but the same young man got it clean the second time around.
