I appreciated all the care that was taken not only to do the job, but that they were very careful to not leave any mess behind from what their job required them to do.
I really appreciated all the time the carpet cleaner, unfortunately I can't remember his name, took in explaining all my options to me and then it feels like he took extra time and care to do the most he could to clean the carpets under circumstances that made the job a bit more difficult. I really do appreciate it.

I like how our service tech didn't try to pressure up sale. When I told him what I wanted he did it without trying to convince me what he thought I needed to get. I will be back. Also he was quick and thorough.
Our technician was amazing, very knowledgeable of the products and very professional. We received a call before the technician arrived to let us know he was close, he came in did an evaluation of the floors and got to work. He was thorough and did an outstanding job. We will definitely be calling zerorez again.
