I like the patients Chris had in doing his job while contending with my questions. He was very thorough from start to finish. He was able to show me before and after pictures of the ducts, It was awesome to watch as a big chunk of hair balls come through the air intake as he was cleaning the furnace portion that he was able to do. Chris was the tech that cleaned our ducts and he was very professional and did a very thorough job and recommended some extra services I wasn't aware that Zerorez offered to help with my husbands extreme allergies. What a difference! I was very worried I might have to rehome my beloved dogs but cleaning the ducts and adding the antimicrobial fog treatment made a huge difference in reducing how often he needs to use his inhaler. Also buying the electrostatic filter and cleaning the furnace was recommended for a complete and thorough treatment. Two days later Zerorez sent tech Geoff out to clean our carpets. Both men wore booties to protect my floors. Geoff also was professional and did a thorough job cleaning my carpet and stairs. I was very impressed that he attached a specially designed plastic drape over the front door to help keep the cold air out while he cleaned the carpet. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone who is looking to have their ducts or carpets cleaned! Its not cheap but for us it would not be worth taking the chance paying less and not getting an excellent and thorough job done! I'm keeping my dogs and my husband can breath so much easier!!!
