Client Testimonials

Consistency of careful, thourough technicians that produce excellent results. I do not want to share my entire name. If you would only publish first names, I would agree to promote Zerorez, Spokane.

I would recommend Zerorez to all my family and friends. The gentleman Jose Galvan who cleaned my sofa, love seat, and my carpets was very courteous and professional and took extra special time to make sure he got everything as clean as new. He did an EXCELLENT JOB !! When he got finished everything looked like it was brand new. I was very impressed with his tenacious attitude. In fact, when I have my carpets cleaned again by Zerorez, I will be requesting Jose to be the one to come and clean my carpets and
furniture. He is a GREAT ASSET to your company . Sincerely, Name removed

I was very pleased with the customer service provided by Derek and Connor on the 28 of July. They were true professionals, answered all my questions and ensured I was completely satisfied with the service. Please continue to employee individuals with this character and let them know I really appreciate their effort on some of my stubborn pet stains. No more smell.

Good job Timely.

The technician was polite, kind and efficient. He knew exactly what needed to be done. He asked about any stains and treated them. He applied the cleaning solution then went through the whole house and removed the solution and the dirt. The carpet feels wonderful to the foot and looks like new. Thanks Duncan.

Technician did an excellent job. Carpets dry quickly.

Everyone from the girl I spoke to to schedule my carpet cleaning, to the gentleman who phoned the day prior to re-confirm my appointment, to the technician (Jose) who cleaned my carpet were all very nice. Jose worked really hard cleaning my carpets and he did an excellent job.

Good service, nice people to do business with.

Done a very good cleaning, but unfortunately, the pet orders were still there after carpets dried. Going to have to replace all carpets. But we tried! Thank you!

The person that came to estimate was right on time. The person that did the work was right on time. They were very professional and the carpets turned out way better than I thought they would. I was very pleased.

Efficient and very clean carpets.

I was very happy with the customer service I received from Zerorez! I have a few small spots left after the cleaning and one area I was not satisfied with, they sent their man back out very quickly and he took care to make sure the spots came out and the high traffic area was satisfactory.

They were very nice and very professional, I will continue using this company for my carpet cleaning needs. :)

Thank you Zerorez!!!

They do the job professionally and thoroughly.

Angie was very professional and pleasant. She did a beautiful job making our carpets look fresh and new again.

My carpet looks great and feels wonderfully soft under my feet! The technician was friendly and answered all my questions. I learned a couple things about carpet stretching and vacuuming. I won't ever be calling anyone other than Zerorez to clean my carpets.

Very professional

Price is competitive. Workers are professional, personable and thorough.

Quality services, cleanliness and smells nice!

The young gentleman that did our work was quite professional and diligent in his work. What is upsetting is that he was sent to us and two other neighbors with a vehicle that had been band-aided to make the journey. This type of thing should not occur with a reputable company. Big kudos to the young gentleman who worked through the blunder(s) of his employer.
