The work was done in a very professional way. Everything was explained to me first. I had a couple of spots that were too stubborn to come out ( I was not surprised) but they did lighten. And even though my carpet looked stretched when it was finished cleaning all was well by the next morning. I am very happy with how it looks.

Your system for confirming and notification was great. I liked that I got a call telling me the name of the person who was coming and an arrival time.
The man ( I think his name was Edward) who came was professional and courteous and was respectful of my home. I liked that Zeroez sends along plastic corner protectors so the hoses don't rub on the wall as they are brought into the room. He moved the equipment carefully and worked purposefully.

I was so impressed with the 4 step process that Zerorez used to do the carpet cleaning. More importantly we used the subduction/pet treatment that was absolutely remarkable in removing urine that had crystalized under our carpet due to a cat we adapted that wouldn't use the litter box for a a 4-month period. The process takes time, but is remarkable how quickly results can be obtained after its completion.

No chemicals, very nice technician

Your services are what we expected, the carpets look brand new (almost). The technicians did an amazing job and were very courteous, they actually threw in a free vinyl cleaning in the master bathroom. Will diffidently be using Zerorez again!

Adrian was very thorough and did an exceptional job of getting my carpets clean. He is the first technician to use the tool (red rollers) to remove deep down dirt hair and fibers. I will always ask for Adrian in the future.
