I was not completely satisfied after my carpets were done, the high traffic areas still needed further attention. When I called and let them know they sent out another tech the next day and he went over those areas again and the carpet looks great. Great service from Zerorez, they stand behind their work. I am very happy and will use them again.

First of all your employee was very professional.She was very polite and did a very good job.
I loved that it didn't take long to dry and that it smelled and felt like new. Patrick was absolutely amazing. He was patient and didn't push me to do anything I was hesitant about. But he gave me all the facts and was so patient when my kids got a little crazy and I got distracted. I will only have Patrick do any carpet or duct cleaning I need from now on.

All companies should have an employee like Rusty representing them. Rusty did an excellent job in cleaning my elderly father's carpet. He not only took time to clean the carpet but also showed genuine interest in the current family situation.(elderly mother in care center.)
