I don't see how a better job could be had! Your technician, Johanna did a fantastic job, she was careful, she was quick, neat, polite and my carpet looks better than new. Plus there's no cleaning smell and it was dry in just a couple of hours. And no surprise with the pricing, I am very happy with Zerorez.

The only thing that we noticed was that it didn't seem to get out some main stains/dirt we where hoping for. The Customer service was great on both the phone and the technician that completed the work.

Very efficient cleaning supplies and machines, you really feel your getting top notch cleaning. I had my leather couches cleaned also, and they look and feel amazing !! Technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. My only concern was an extra damp area of carpet in my living room that is actually still damp. Everything else is dry! I am very pleased with all. Thank you!
