Thei was very professional and worked hard. The only thing we noticed is that the carpet was pretty wet when finished We had to put fans on it the afternoon to dry it out.

I am extremely pleased with the look and feel of the carpet after the Zerorez cleaning process. I also like the professionalism of the staff.... Being very considerate of the molding on the stairs and doorways, and also wearing protective booties to avoid tracking in more dirt.
