AJ was very polite and professional. The space cleaned was living room, bedroom, long hall and stairs. A renter had moved out who owned a dog and I didn’t think the stairs would ever come back to life, but I am very please with the results.

The crew did a great job of cleaning our carpet. It looks brand new and no more odor. The only issue is that after arriving, I found out that the deep pet extraction would cost $780 which seemed outlandish. This cost was for 12 gallons of cleaner. Thinking about it later, 12 gallons would have flooded our carpet. The rooms were not that big. We did not go for that treatment and the general extraction method seemed to work just fine.

Our technician was very professional and thorough even though our aur ducts were absolutely horrible. He sustained an injury to his eye very early on in the appointment and continued to work even though he clearly had a piece of metal stuck in his pupil. Very painful. You dont are mang workers like that anymore. I hope his eye is ok.

Your products don't leave any residue in the carpet your technician did a marvelous job of cleaning everything they check to make sure it's all safe to clean I'm very impressed with the Zerorez

We are very happy with the results. The service tech was very respectful and professional. I was disappointed in the fact that I never received a call that they were on there way. A previous text stated that we would be notified.

The entire process from simple inquiries to finished product was expeditious, professional, friendly and very satisfactory. I have used Zerorez in the past and will continue to use as well as recommend them in the future.

We have had Zerorez come out twice in the past few months - the first time for our horrible carpets and the second time for our horrible sofa. When I say horrible, I'm not kidding: we're talking more stains from people and pets than you can imagine, and these were old, set-in stains on old rugs and an old sofa. The Zerorez technicians did a fabulous job of cleaning and sanitizing the rugs and sofa. I actually like living in my house again! You folks are miracle workers!

Professional and great suggestions when I asked questions.

Technician was friendly and did a great job. They were able to lift out all the stains. Couldn't do anything about some worn portions in higher traffic areas, but that's just the way carpet works. Had a fancy light to find areas where our cat had sprayed. The pet treatment was expensive, but it seems to have worked well to get rid of the cat pee stain and smell. They guarantee the pet treatment, so they will treat it a second time if it doesn't do the trick. So far so good for us though.
