Quick and efficient service
The technician was pleasant and professional during his time in our house. We had a lot of square footage to have cleaned and he did that (and some additional small spaces) in an efficient but thorough manner. Very pleased with our experience.

We liked the technician, Austin as he told us up front about the stains we had on our carpet and he was very professional and friendly....We had yellow stains from accidental dog diarrhea and a small wine spill, neither of which came out. We were very disappointed in that regard and are perplexed at what to do now.
However, for just general dirt....we would recommend this company. The technician arrived within their time frame and did his best!

I am a repeat customer. I usually have my carpets cleaned once a year. I especially love the softness of my carpet after the cleaning.
One note/suggestion. The technician seemed to be in a bit of a hurry this time. He was very nice and friendly. But, I don't think he took the time that was done in the past to extract as much of the water as possible which was evident in the dry time. Usually, our living room has been dry in about 4-6 hours. This time it took overnight. Just being honest.
Will I call Zerorez again? Yes, definitely. Just maybe there's pressure to hurry onto the next job?
Our carpets were disgusting but after they have been cleaned they look and smell like new!
