We are pleased with the actual carpet cleaning. Your technicians should be more careful around woodwork. I have found 2 spots in our upstairs hallway where their equipment had to hit the baseboards. In one spot I actually found small wood fibers on the carpet which would not have been there when I vacuumed prior to the carpet cleaning. I have not yet looked at the baseboards in detail at the 3 bedrooms and 1 master bath which they cleaned. I saw they put plastic protectors on the corners were a hallway was. However the damage I found was not in a corner but along the baseboards. I am disappointed in the quality of the entire work done. I plan to look at the bedrooms and master bath this weekend.

My carpets look great, my tech was very nice, but I was a little disappointed that he didn't even move a single chair (even the ones on wheels) after I cleaned the rooms out. I told him not to move big furniture like couches, tv stand, fish tank (of course), but I had all other items out of the room except for very movable chairs and end tables. You have cleaned my carpets in the past and you always moved those, plus you ALWAYS put leg protectors down on all furniture, this time, not a single one in my whole house and I had four rooms plus a hallway done. I had better not end up with any rust stains from the bottom pegs on bottom of legs getting into moisture and rusting on my carpet. I paid a lot more money this time for this carpet cleaning to not even have simple furniture moved, not asking for entire room moved by any means. Just two chairs and two end tables in main family room and one plant, plus one plant in dining room, plus office chair (on wheels) in front room. BTW, I have broken foot and sprained ankle that is why I hadn't moved all furniture, but last time your guys did it plus moved both couches plus my two desks and put the furniture protectors under all legs. Even with broken foot and sprained ankle I managed to clean out all the rooms except for the biggest furn!
