I had my upholstery cleaned for the first time by ZeroRez. It looks fantastic! AJ was here training a new employee, Will. They were both awesome! Since I had just had my carpets cleaned last month, AJ noticed that it hadn't been a great job. I had noticed it too that there were still spots that I thought perhaps were shadows. He redid my carpet and it looks amazing! (No additional charge).

Prompt, courteous, and gets down to business type of guy. The carpet dries quicker than some other services we've used in the past, and looks good even though it is 14 years old.
Tech was very helpful in trying to solve a pet mess with the lowest cost possible...he worked hard and for a long time to do a very thorough job!

I had a noon appointment. Stan showed up at noon. Stan informed me of the benefits of their products, and the process. Stan was professional and worked tirelessly. I was amazed at the quality of the product as I watched the change. My carpets are now clean. Zerorez now has my complete trust. Not only were their prices competitive, but the price that was quoted, was the price I was charged. There were no arbitrary charges added, once they arrived.

However, I shouldn't have to remind the service man to protect my wood floor in the hallway. I also feel like service men are told to "sell" more services.
Dominic did an excellent job on our carpet. He was professional and friendly and worked very hard on several areas that needed extra attention.
