Great customer service. Great and quick job cleaning my carpets. I love the cleaning results.
I opted to add the protectant service and 24 hours later the lingering smell is still overwhelming. That is my only negative issue with the experience.
I will refer Zerorez to my friends but with that honest caveat.

The tech did a very good job of cleaning my carpet

Only company with the spider air duct cleaner. You know it's getting clean when it's hitting the dirt/dust/hair right off the vent line and getting sucked up. Excellent customer service by the employee who came out to my house.

Technician was knowledgeable. We had originally requested a more expensive service but when he looked over the job, he said it would be overkill. Was completely mpressed with that. Carpets looked a smelled wonderful!
