The product works extraordinarily well and your process really extracts the moisture out of the carpet. The dry time is radically reduced. Now, when it comes to the operator, Nick was fantastic. He was very through in the review of options for cleaning and protective additives that we could choose or decline. He made a great pitch and we where not pressured to make choices. His work was through, he worked quickly and efficiently and was mindful of our furniture and paid attention to his surrounding. We will continue to use Zerorez in the future and it won't be long before we get on the Fall schedule.

I think Zerorez does the best carpet cleaning of any of the local services that I have tried which include Stanley Steamer and Sears. The carpets are not overly wetted and the carpets look clean after the service. The service technician has always come on time and been a pleasant person to deal with. Zerorez is the only carpet cleaning service that I have used for the past four or five years and I definitely recommend them. I like to wait for their $99 special for cleaning 3 rooms.

Always friendly and professional. Job is always done well and in a timely manner. However, this time there were a couple of places that did't get as clean as I would have liked and they are part of the same stain that everything else cleaned up from.

Your technician Duncan was very satisfactory...Even though he had a new tech in training with him he made sure that everything (carpet, furniture) was thoroughly cleaned and made sure everything was completely and satisfactory done...He even took time to check every piece of furniture and had to redo the recliner which he did an awesome job on...
