Guy was very helpful and explained everything about the pet treatment procedure to my satisfaction. I truly appreciated his deleting the cleaning cost, or I would not have been able to afford the extra costs of cleaning my carpets. I had no idea there were so many pet stains and that it would take so much effort and cost so much to get rid of them. He did an excellent job, and the carpets look almost new again.

I had my vents (furnace, dryer and air) cleaned for the very first time. I purchased my house 2.5 year ago and am sure that the previous owners had not done this.
