Zerorez always does excellent work and is always careful on your property. I have used Zerorez for several years for both carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning. The employees really take pride in what they are doing, which is rare in today's marketplace. I have always believed that you should do your best at whatever you do and the Zerorez employees that have been to my home certainly display that.
For carpet cleaning, they use a special power brush to fluff up the carpet before cleaning it. This lifts the fibers of the rug and loosens ground in dirt to get a better clean. They also put plastic bumper protectors around any corners that they are running their hoses around to protect baseboards and drywall corners. For duct cleaning, their power system does the job quickly, efficiently, and without leaving a mess or dust in the air.
I believe that you will find Zerorez to be a superior system to other carpet cleaners. The use of "empowered water" is not just a marketing item, but if you try them, I really believe that you will see that you will have a much cleaner carpet and it will stay cleaner much longer than normal because there is nothing left in the carpet to attract or retain dirt.

The gentleman who came to my house was wonderful. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgable. He went the extra mile. We couldn't be happier!
They worked. I had some major spots that are now gone.
The technician who did the work was a master of his craft. The job seemed impossible, but the finished carpet looked like new and the placed smelled good. The job went quick and the carpet was almost dry immediately afterward.
Not sure without using another company to compare. Always someway to improve.
